Our Guarantee
Our aim is your satisfaction. A refund [excluding postage] or exchange is offered on any item that fails to meet with your expectations, with the exception of cut or custom made goods, where a refund can only be offered if the item is found to be faulty. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Whilst every effort is made to show true colour representation, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will be showing you the same as ours! We're happy to send small cuttings of any cloth if matching is necessary.
We ask that you notify us of any problem within 7 working days.

Ordering
You may order by post or telephone and can pay using Cash [in Sterling and at your own risk], cheque or International Money Order. Paypal is available if you wish to pay the extra 4% service charge.

Delivery & Back Orders
We aim to despatch all stock items within 21 working days.
You will be notified in the unlikely event that we cannot despatch within 21 days for any reason, and we will give you the option to cancel or place the item on back order.
Back orders will be delivered as soon as possible after the 21 days and subject to your agreement

Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to a delivery, packing & handling charge and are not despatched until full payment is received. 

Title of Goods
All goods remain the property of Toad Shakos until fully paid for.

Payment
All payments will be taken in British Pounds (££) Sterling. Any Dollar & Euro values are approximations only.

Copyright
All photographs and content on the web site are ours - all ours! - or we have permission to use them. Please don't borrow anything without asking us first - it's not nice. No direct links will be entertained unless permission is sought and agreed.
